We apologize in advance and will work as FAST as possible to replace your item or refund if your order qualifies.
We provide a “Print To Order” service. This means our designs and tees are prepared once your order has been placed. Our products are created on demand therefor we ask that you ensure your product size, design of choice and color are correct prior to finalizing your order.
All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product-specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes.
We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company. If the product you received is deemed defective your order is eligible for a return or exchange. We thank you for understanding this policy!
Misprinted / Damaged / Defective
We apologize in advance and will work as FAST as possible to replace your item or refund you if necessary.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
